Dual 18″ Subwoofer Delivers Ocean Way Power and Precision

Here comes the big boom for the big room! Ocean Way Audio’s S218AT was originally developed as the lower part of their acclaimed custom recording studio loudspeaker, the 415T. This is the sub you need for bone-rattling low end representation, whether you’re outfitting a cinema, a screening room, a large-scale home theater environment, or a music/post production recording studio where bass frequencies — from kick drum to the most modern cinematic SFX — are paramount to your success.

The S218AT is more than raw power, though. Ocean Way Audio’s iconic design team created this subwoofer to deliver the low-end content that accurately represents the program material being sent to it, without getting mushy or distorted. But if it’s power you need, look no further… the S218AT is powered by an external amplifier that gives you 2400 watts of chest-pounding thump, for up to 131dB of maximum SPL. But it still offers a very respectable 25Hz to 125Hz frequency range, so your low end will be as accurate as it is loud.
